As its just starting to get cold here in New Orleans, the winter coats are popping up more and more. One of the major trends for the Fall 2014 runway shows were fur coats. There were a bunch of different textures, and colors but my favorite was definitely the long hair fur coats.
Anna Sui was definitely all over the furs during her show, with a huge array of different colors; aquamarines, and crimson reds, while most of the other designers tended to steer towards the neutrals and natural fur tones.
A huge range of stores have picked up the trend to, and now you can find all different kinds of furs in a lot of pastels and neutrals. I currently have my eyes peeled for cream and light pink short coats which i know would pair great with ripped black jeans and some boots.
